Costco Cheesecake
I love all types of cheesecake but one of my favorites is Costco’s cheesecake. First of all, the price is right. Second, it tastes really creamy and delicious. And third, it’s huge, so I have no problem sharing it (there are 16 servings).
I usually buy this Costco Kirkland Signature cheesecake several times a year and enjoy it as is. Sometimes, I like to add fresh seasonal fruit or Bonne Mamam preserves on top. It is also very tasty with caramel sauce drizzled over it or some crushed cookies or chopped up candy bars sprinkled over the top.
Costco’s cheesecake is made with cream cheese, sour cream, pure vanilla extract and a bunch of other ingredients which are listed below. And of course, this is not a healthy food choice but a rare treat. And (sigh), I really wish it didn’t have artificial colors or high fructose corn syrup.
